The mundane places of our lives can feel especially blah these days… Parenting, work, relational or church division, understanding politics - the stress is everywhere and it can suck the life from our day.
But when we get into God’s Word, HE brings refreshment to the parched places and purpose to our every day!
This book is less of a study and more of a guide as you spend 30 days in the Psalms. Daily scripture reading, journaling, reflection, and other prompts will deepen your time in the Bible and your relationship with God.
Is it good for GROUPS?
It's great for groups! Because this book is not video or teaching driven, it is easily used in groups of all sizes. You can discuss your week in Refreshed over Zoom OR a cup of coffee! (or both!)
